Lying on a bed of sand
Molded by the sea
Worn and weary restlessness
Is slowly drawn from me.
Sun and warmth upon my face
Sea blue sky above
Wind’s erotic gentleness
Imparts a lasting love.
If ever I should cease to be
Should one day go away
Neptune’s mighty fortresses
Shall be my final stay.
